Whether you’re trying laser hair removal for the first time, looking to move from another provider or considering treatment on a new area, enjoy one free taster session at The Beam Room Berkshire.
Choose any individual treatment area, subject to a consultation, assessment of hair growth and confirmation of suitability. Top-up and maintenance sessions are excluded.
Your consultation, assessment, any required patch test and taster session are completely free, with no booking deposit and no obligation to purchase further treatment.
Offer valid from 6 November to 4 December 2026 inclusive, subject to the terms below.
1. Who qualifies for the offer?
The offer is available to clients aged 18 or over who:
Have never tried laser hair removal.
Have previously received laser hair removal elsewhere and are looking to continue treatment with a new technician.
Would like to begin treatment on a new area.
Previous laser hair removal does not automatically exclude you from the offer.
Eligibility is confirmed only after a consultation and assessment of hair growth on your proposed treatment area. The area must be suitable for treatment beyond maintenance or top-up sessions.
The offer is limited to one free taster session per person.
2. Offer dates and qualifying appointments
To qualify, your consultation and hair growth assessment, together with any required patch test, must be completed between 6 November and 4 December 2026 inclusive.
Simply enquiring or making a booking during this period does not qualify. Your eligibility must be confirmed following your consultation and assessment.
Your free treatment session must take place within six weeks of completing your qualifying consultation, assessment and any required patch test.
If no further patch test is required, the six weeks runs from the date your eligibility and suitability for the chosen area are confirmed.
Making a booking within those six weeks is not sufficient if the treatment appointment falls outside that period.
Your free session may take place after the offer ends, provided you meet the qualifying dates and six-week redemption deadline.
3. What does the offer include?
The offer includes:
A free consultation and hair growth assessment of your chosen area.
A free patch test, where required.
One free laser hair removal session on any one eligible individual treatment area.
Larger or higher-priced individual treatment areas are included. Your chosen area must be offered by The Beam Room Berkshire and confirmed as eligible and suitable following assessment.
There is no booking deposit or treatment charge for the free taster session.
4. What is excluded?
The offer cannot be used for:
Top-up or maintenance sessions.
Combination Treatments or multiple treatment areas.
Areas assessed as unsuitable for treatment.
Having previously received laser hair removal on an area does not automatically make it ineligible. During your consultation, I will assess the remaining hair growth to determine whether the proposed treatment qualifies or would be considered maintenance or a top-up.
The offer covers one treatment session on one eligible area only, rather than a full course.
5. Consultation, hair growth assessment and patch testing
All clients must complete a consultation and hair growth assessment of their proposed treatment area before eligibility is confirmed.
Please explain any previous laser hair removal, including the areas treated, approximately how many sessions you have had and when your most recent treatment took place.
New clients must complete a patch test before treatment. Existing clients may require a further patch test for their proposed area, as assessed by me.
Existing clients may have their consultation and proposed new area assessed during an existing appointment.
Where a patch test is required, treatment can only take place after the required waiting period and confirmation of suitability. Assessment during an existing appointment does not guarantee that the free treatment can take place at that same appointment.
Please provide accurate information about your health, medication and other circumstances requested during your consultation, and let me know about any changes before treatment.
Attending a consultation, assessment or patch test does not guarantee eligibility for the offer or that treatment can be provided.
6. Do I have to book more treatments?
No. There is no obligation to purchase further sessions or a treatment course after your free taster session.
If you decide to continue, I will explain the treatment options and prices before you book. Any further sessions are chargeable at the price agreed when booking.

7. Appointment availability
Consultations, assessments, patch tests and free taster sessions are subject to appointment availability and normal working hours.
I cannot guarantee that a particular date or time will be available. Please book early to allow time to meet both the qualifying deadline and your six-week treatment deadline.
Please mention the Free Taster Session Offer when booking so that I can arrange the appropriate consultation and assessment.
8. Other offers and discounts
The Free Taster Session Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
The free taster session cannot be exchanged for money, credit, another service or a discount against a treatment course.
9. Your free session is personal to you
The offer can only be used by the person whose eligibility and suitability have been assessed.
It cannot be transferred, shared, sold or gifted to another person.
10. Treatment results and recommended course
The taster session is an opportunity to experience laser hair removal with me on your chosen area. It does not guarantee a particular result or show the full outcome of a treatment course.
I recommend an initial course of at least eight treatments per area. Individual requirements and responses vary, and additional sessions may be recommended. If you have already received treatment elsewhere, your recommended remaining course will be discussed following your consultation and hair growth assessment.
Your free taster session can count as the first session of your recommended course with me. There is no obligation to book or pay for further treatments.
11. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give as much notice as possible.
Any rearranged qualifying consultation, assessment and required patch test must still take place by 4 December 2026.
Any rearranged free treatment session must take place within your six-week redemption period, subject to appointment availability.
12. General
These terms apply specifically to the Free Taster Session Offer running from 6 November to 4 December 2026 inclusive at The Beam Room Berkshire.
Nothing in these promotional terms affects your statutory rights.
