To celebrate the launch of The Beam Room Berkshire, new clients who start their laser hair removal journey with me during October 2026 can qualify for an ongoing 50% discount on eligible individual laser hair removal treatments, subject to the terms below.
1. Who qualifies for the offer?
The offer is available to new clients aged 18 or over who attend their initial consultation and patch test between 1 October and 31 October 2026 inclusive and subsequently begin laser hair removal treatment with The Beam Room Berkshire.
Simply enquiring about or booking a consultation during October does not qualify for the offer if the consultation and patch test take place after 31 October 2026.
Your first laser treatment does not need to take place during October. Provided you have attended your qualifying consultation and patch test by 31 October 2026 and are subsequently confirmed as suitable for treatment, your first treatment can take place after this date.
2. Appointment availability
Consultations, patch tests and treatments are subject to appointment availability and my normal working hours.
October consultation appointments are limited and I cannot guarantee that a particular date or time will be available. Early booking is therefore recommended.
To qualify for the offer, your consultation and patch test must take place by 31 October 2026.
3. Consultation, patch test and suitability
All laser hair removal is subject to an in-person consultation, assessment of suitability and successful patch test.
Attending a consultation does not guarantee that treatment can be carried out.
Laser hair removal works by targeting pigment within the hair and cannot effectively treat white, grey, very blonde or red hair. I will assess your skin, hair and proposed treatment area during your consultation.
Treatment will only be provided where I consider it appropriate and safe to do so.
4. What does the 50% discount apply to?
Once you qualify for the offer, you will continue to receive 50% off the standard price of eligible individual laser hair removal treatments at The Beam Room Berkshire.
Importantly, the discount is not limited to your initial treatment area or your initial course.
It applies to:
the individual treatment area or areas you initially choose to have treated;
additional individual treatment areas you choose to start in the future; and
eligible additional or maintenance/top-up treatments you have in the future.
There is no set maximum number of eligible individual treatments to which the discount can be applied, subject to these terms and your continued suitability for treatment.
5. How long does my 50% discount continue?
Once you have qualified for the October Launch Offer, your 50% discount will continue for as long as The Beam Room Berkshire continues to operate and offers the relevant eligible laser hair removal treatment, subject to these terms.
There is no requirement to complete all of your treatments within a particular period in order to retain your discount.
The offer does not guarantee that any particular treatment, treatment area, technology, premises, appointment time or service will remain available indefinitely.
6. What happens if prices change?
The 50% discount is an ongoing percentage discount, rather than a fixed treatment price.
The Beam Room Berkshire may change its standard treatment prices in the future. If this happens, your 50% discount will be calculated against the standard individual treatment price applicable at the time of your treatment.
For example, if the standard price of a treatment changes in the future, you will pay 50% of the new standard price rather than continuing to pay 50% of the October 2026 price.
7. Combination Treatments
The 50% discount applies to individual treatment-area prices only and cannot be applied to Combination Treatment prices.
Combination Treatments already include a saving compared with booking the specified treatment areas separately.
If you would like multiple areas treated, you may choose to book the eligible individual areas using your 50% October Launch Offer discount or select an available Combination Treatment at its standard Combination Treatment price.
The two discounts cannot be combined.
8. Other offers and discounts
The October Launch Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or special offer unless I expressly state otherwise.
The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another service.
9. Your discount is personal to you
Your 50% discount is personal to you and applies only to eligible treatments received by you.
It cannot be transferred, shared, sold or gifted to another person.
10. Continued suitability for laser hair removal
Qualifying for the offer does not guarantee that laser hair removal will always remain suitable for you.
Suitability may need to be reassessed throughout your treatment journey, particularly if there are changes to your health, medication or supplements, skin or treatment area, sun exposure or tanning, or other circumstances that could affect treatment.
A further consultation or patch test may be required where appropriate.
If treatment cannot safely or appropriately be carried out, the promotional discount does not create an entitlement to treatment.
11. Treatment results
The offer relates to the price of eligible treatments only and does not guarantee a particular treatment outcome.
I recommend an initial course of at least 8 treatments, although individual responses vary and some clients may require additional treatments depending on the treatment area, hair and response.
The aim of laser hair removal is to achieve a significant, long-lasting reduction in unwanted hair. Complete or permanent removal of every hair cannot be guaranteed.
12. Booking, cancellations and missed appointments
All appointments remain subject to The Beam Room Berkshire's normal Booking Terms, including requirements relating to deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrival and missed appointments.
The October Launch Offer does not override those terms.
13. General
These terms apply specifically to the October 2026 “Start in October. Keep 50% off.” Launch Offer.
Nothing in these promotional terms affects your statutory rights.
